Mold Damage in Attic in Virginia Beach, VA

This mold damage in this home was from a HVAC in the attic.  Due to the ongoing leak and the attic having an increase of moisture.  After a period of time mold started to grow and moisture levels started to elevate.  SERVPRO came in and ripped up flooring, wiped mold and also sanitized the area.  The first pic is before the mold was wiped up and sanitized properly.  The second picture is after mold remediation was complete and after the area was sanitized.  We were able to  get the area to its preloss condition.  If you have any residential mitigation need please give us a call. 757-431-1400
