Mold Under Floors in Virginia Beach, VA Home

This mold damage in this home was from a pipe leak in the crawlspace.  Due to the ongoing leak and the crawlspace not having a moisture barrier.  After a period of time mold started to grow and moisture levels started to elevate.  SERVPRO came in and ripped up flooring, wiped mold and also sanitized the area.  The first pic is before flooring was removed.  The second picture is after flooring was removed and ready for mold remediation.  We were able to sanitize and get area to its preloss condition.  If you have any residential mitigation need please give us a call. 757-431-1400
