After our dishwasher leaked water and caused damage to our kitchen, our insurance company selected SERVPRO of Virginia Beach to perform water loss mitigation. I was so impressed with the quality of their work that I chose SERVPRO to also do the repairs. Their team did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them.

I can not say enough on how well SERVPRO of Virginia Beach took care of my huge leak that I had throughout my entire downstairs. I call them and they had someone out the next morning only because it was late they would of still came but it was going to be more convenient for me. Thank you SERVPRO and if I ever have an issue again I will use you.

I would also like to say that Duane was a really great person to work with. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and he was great at explaining the entire process starting at the very first phone call all the way until we were dried out. He truly seemed to love his job which definitely speaks wonders for your company.
